Lead better.
Together.
The Coaching Circle.
What is a coaching circle?
Where great leaders become exceptional ones.
Unlike traditional one-to-one coaching, a Coaching Circle harnesses the power of diverse perspectives. Each session creates a safe space to explore your most pressing challenges and emerge with clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.
Facilitated by Matt Guiver, Jumpstone's founder and executive coach with over 25 years of leadership experience across 35 countries, every circle is expertly guided to maximise insight and real-world impact.
Why it works
Six reasons leaders choose the Circle
The Process
How the Circle works
Discovery & Matching
We take time to understand your context, goals, and challenges before placing you in a carefully matched circle of peers at a comparable leadership level.
The Circle Session
Monthly 90-minute sessions. One member brings a real, live challenge. Peers act as coaches, listening deeply, asking powerful questions, and offering fresh perspectives without judgement.
Deep Reflection
Using Jumpstone's Inner Compass methodology, each session goes beyond the surface, exploring values, beliefs and behaviours to surface root causes and unlock genuine insight.
Action & Accountability
Every session ends with clear commitments. Your peers hold you accountable between meetings, creating momentum and measurable progress between circles.

Frequently Asked
Your questions, answered.
A Coaching Circle is peer-driven rather than coach-driven. While one expert facilitator guides the process, the real insight comes from your peers acting as coaches for one another. This creates a more egalitarian, mutually enriching dynamic where everyone, regardless of seniority, contributes and grows. It's deeper and more reciprocal than standard group coaching.
Confidentiality is the cornerstone of every circle. All members sign a confidentiality agreement before the programme begins. The ground rule is simple: what is shared in the circle stays in the circle. This psychological safety is what allows leaders to be genuinely vulnerable and honest, which is where the real breakthroughs happen.
Matching is done carefully through a discovery call and pre-questionnaire. We look for comparable leadership levels and seniority, complementary industries and sectors (to maximise diverse perspective), aligned values and commitment to growth, and geographic and time-zone practicality. The goal is a group where everyone feels equally challenged and supported.
Absolutely, this is our Private Circle format, and it's highly effective as part of a broader leadership development strategy. The advantage is that members share organisational context, which can accelerate trust and depth. We design the programme specifically around your strategic goals and can integrate it with existing development initiatives. Get in touch to request a bespoke proposal.
The best starting point is a 30-minute discovery call with Matt. We'll explore your current challenges, leadership goals, and whether the circle format is the right fit for where you are right now. There's no obligation, and many leaders find the call itself generates valuable clarity. Book your place using the form below.
