What’s new with Jumpstone?
Not just a milestone, but a Jumpstone moment for even greater momentum!
I’m proud to share that I’ve recently attained the International Coaching Federation’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential that represents not just experience, but mastery of coaching at a deeper, more impactful level. It’s hard to believe I’ve been a leadership coach for over 11 years with Jumpstone International and in that time I’ve coached over 2500hrs, delivered over 100 workshops, 35 key notes and developed numerous coaching models and methodologies so its great to get the official stamp to qualify the experience!
The ICF’s PCC award is recognised globally as the professional standard in coaching but for me its less about the badge, and more about what it enables: better questions, better insights and better outcomes for the leaders I serve.
Fresh Launch of Coaching Programmes:

I help executive leaders cut through the noise, align fast on their objectives, and focus action on what translates to elevating their authentic leadership with success.
I recognise time and commitment is a key factor so I recently calibrated my programmes to elevate leadership performance through 4 programmes of different length and intensity: Hike (3), Trek (5), Pathfinder (8) and Exped (12) to accommodate varying client needs.

Jumpstone Coaching Circles
I’ve also really excited to launch Coaching Circles — bringing senior leaders together in powerful, facilitated environments where perspective, challenge and shared insight unlock faster growth. Many of my clients recognise my expertise in facilitating peer to peer learning in workshops and this is a natural extension to what I already provide.
“Leadership can be a lonely place. The Coaching Circle gives you a trusted group of peers who genuinely understand the weight of the decisions you carry, and helps you carry them better.”
Jumpstone coaching circles are a small, confidential peer group of five to seven senior leaders and executives who meet regularly to support one another’s growth through deep listening, honest challenge, and collective intelligence. They can be face to face in UK or virtual anywhere globally.

On track to launch Leadership Retreats!

Flourish in Nature Cycle Ride
Finally, I’d like to share an inspiring story about my amazing nephew Connor Bates. He is raising funds for ‘Flourish in Nature’, a community based project that supports adults with additional needs and learning disabilities through outdoor activities. He has benefitted from their support and in return he’s decided to take on a physical challenge and cycle a 75km route in the New Forest this Sunday 30th May to support the purchase of an accessible motorised step for the organisation’s welfare van, making transport safer and more inclusive for participants.
